Went there for the Renegate Craft event. Lots of cool vendors and products. Great to support the local businesses. The parking is generous so even with a lot of cars, we didn't have an issue to park.
Reviewing SPACE, Sand Point Arts and Cultural Exchange and building 30, which has several artists studios. Wonderful place full of history, with the designs of the 40s and 50s now getting the yang (arts, community) of its past yin (military base). Plenty of creativity and energy, sometimes you can catch arts exhibits, studio visits and Magnuson Park Live concerts by SPACE 101.5 FM.
We were here for Seattle Night market and this place is huge. Easily accomodates 10 food trucks and plenty of stalls indoors. It can accomodate huge crowd too and still not feel suffocating. All in all this is a nice event space! Ample parking around as well which is a huge advantage!
Been meaning to visit this place for one of their markets a long time! Very cool space. Parking is plentiful but inconvenient for busy events so it may take 10-15 mn to find something. Then it's easy to get inside and explore whatever shop is going on. Bathrooms inside as well. Fun place, just driving is a pain here.
The perfect space for the Seattle mineral market and fairs, affairs, fundraisers and events of all kinds. My collage was my first experience when I officiated a wedding there just to show the vast distinction from one event to another.
Nice play grounds and a dedicated special place for small kids to do various activities.
Venue itself is spacious enough can be very packed if it's a popular event. Parking spots are extremely narrow - I suppose like the rest of Seattle so keep that in mind. Easy enough to get to though a bit off the freeway.
Went to a Gymanstics tournament held in the hanger. Plenty of space but a bit chilly when close the big hanger doors. Also the bathrooms and such are pretty dated. It’s all to be expected in such a cool old location.
